The Suzuki Swift GTi Picture Gallery - 'It's Mad'

"It's Mad" is one of the best GTi's out there. The car is '90 Swift GTi with Cultus GTi driveline (4wd). Instead of justing building on a Cultus GTi(basically a Swift GTi with 4wd, sold in japan only), Jamie (the owner) just took what he needed to make his car 4wd. Thus he was able to minimize weight. This car is making close to 300 hp, amazing for a 1.3 dohc engine..

Here you can see that huge front intercooler. The front bumper was also modified further to up the flow of air. Note also the hood vent.

A good profile view highlighting the springs in the back. On the cultus the rear suspension is different to accomodate for the 4wd, thus as you can see the springs are located more outward.

Very clean installation of the 4wd system and note the extra fuel pumps. As you can imagine this is car does not deliver good gas mileage, but that's understandable

The engine bay is showcar perfect.

Real carbon fiber mirror. The hood is also carbon fiber

Not only is this car fast, it's luxurious also...
