The terms and conditions contained herein, including those set forth on the reverse side, constitute the entire agreement between SSGTi INC ("Seller") and the Buyer with respect to the sale of the products herein described ("Products"). Such terms and conditions shall fully supersede and replace any and all prior written or verbal agreements, understandings or communications between Seller and Buyer with respect to the Products, including those contained in any purchase order (either verbal or concrete) submitted by Buyer. By purchasing with SSGTi.com / SSGTi.net, you the buyer agree to these terms of service.
CONDITIONS OF SALE: All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted within the first 5 days of the product being received. An RMA (Return Authorization) # must be obtained before sending product for return to SSGTi INC. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the returning package and tag the item(s) inside with your name and R.A. number. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. After a RMA is issued, all returns must arrive in 14 days to us. Also, returns are only accepted if the product is in resellable condition. Furthermore, all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Note: Special order items, cannot be canceled or returned. No returns on turbo kits, bodykits, coil overs & electronics. Please be sure of your need/application when you order these products.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS : Any refused shipments sent back to SSGTi INC does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS : All products that are defective must be reported to us in 14 days. A RMA # will be issued. There after the product must be returned back to SSGTi for inspection within 14 days from the issue date of the RMA.
BACK ORDER POLICY : If an item is not in stock, we will hold a Back Order for you and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. If we experience a long delay, we will advise you of that fact. If you do not wish to wait for back ordered items, we will cancel the items you requested upon receiving instructions to do so.
WARRANTY/LIABILITY: Seller's sole warranty for each product sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated with the product. Seller gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantabliity and fitness for a particular purpose. Seller will not be held liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.
